Promos and Discounts

Do they expire? Yes, there is always an expiration to a discount and a promotion. The expiration will always be listed or shown in the detail description or even on the ad in the lower right corner.
Are promotion and discounts stackable? No, the promotions and discounts are not stackable.
How many times can I use the promotion code? For the most part promotion codes are only to be used one time per order and per person. At times there will be a promotion running where a Diva can use the promotion code more than one time on a different transaction.
How long will my package take if I use Sezzle? Yes your package might be process 5 - 7 days after your order is received after 7-10 business days. ADHC has to insure the safety of the payment because it is third party. YES THERE MIGHT BE A TIME WHEN THE HAIR WILL COME SOONER THAN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS BUT NOT IN ALL/ MOST CASES.
WE WILL SHIP ALL GOODS WITHIN 3 - 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. AND 7 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL. WE NEED THIS TIME TO PROPERLY PROCESS YOUR ORDER FOR ACCURACY AND DELIVER GOODS FOR SHIPMENT. CUSTOM ORDER SUCH AS WIGS AND SPECIAL COLORS CAN TAKE LONGER TO PROCESS SUCH AS 7 - 14 BUSINESS DAYS (after 24 HOURS with PayPal and 7-10 days with Sezzle of you placing your order ***order processed after these times*** ).

ALL GOODS SHIP VIA USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE) , DHL, FedEx AND UPS. WE WILL NOT MAKE ANY ATTEMPTS OR FULFILL ANY REQUEST TO SHIP WITH ANY OTHER SHIPPING COMPANY.
ALL GOODS WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER VIA EMAIL FROM USPS.COM, DHL, FedEx or UPS WITHIN 3 - 7 BUSINESS DAYS. THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO TRACK AND EXPECT DELIVERY OF GOODS. ALL SHIPPING COMES WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION AND YOU MUST SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE. (Please see COVID-19 Page)

What will happen if my package is undeliverable?
First, please check the status of the tracking number provided to you. If it states your package is undeliverable, please email us at ASHDIVAHC@GMAIL.COM and we will instruct you on how to proceed. If we get your package in the mail, we will contact you via email to request an updated shipping address so that we can resend it to you. A return shipping fee of $10.00 will be invoiced to you to cover return shipping costs due to the unclaimed, invalid/undeliverable address provided to us. This will need to be paid prior to us re-shipping your package. Your package must be received prior to us making any changes or re-sending the order. Please be sure to enter your shipping address in PayPal or Sezzle correctly to avoid delays in receiving your order. Please note if the $10.00 is not paid we will only issue a refund of 20% per of your original total including taxes.

Returns & Exchange
At Ash Diva Hair Collection we pride ourselves on maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, the hair may be returned or exchanged within 5 days. The hair must be in its original condition (no installation, cutting or other altering of the hair) and must be in its original packaging. Exchanges and refunds will only be processed after we have received the hair and have inspected it. The following colors cannot be exchanged or returned, as this is hair that has been lightened and/or colored (processed) by our team specifically for your order: all ombres, honey blonde/platinum blonde blend, #33, #30 and any other custom or lightened hair and any special requests. In addition, wigs, clip-ins, and special orders cannot be exchanged (all sales final). Federal law prohibits the return of hair that has been installed. Eyelashes are not returnable the eyelash collection are final sale.
Exchanges may be done within 5 (five) business days from the date the product is delivered. The following colors can not be exchanged or returned, as this is hair that has been lightened and/or colored (processed) by our team specifically for your order: all ombres, honey blonde/platinum blonde blend, #33, #30 and any other custom or lightened hair and any special requests. In addition, wigs, clip-ins, and special orders cannot be exchanged (all sales final). Federal law prohibits the return of hair that has been installed.
If you would like to exchange your order for a different texture, color, or length, you will be responsible for the differential in cost plus a $75.00 Change Order Fee. You will also be responsible for all shipping costs unless we determine that the product is defective. We will not ship replacement hair until the original order is received AND inspected. All eyelashes silk and mink are all final sale.

PLEASE NOTE EXTREME USE OF HEAT AND HARD/ SOFT CHEMICALS MIGHT CHANGE THE TEXTURE/ FEEL/ COLOR/ WAVE AND OR CURL IF THE HAIR. This is a result of CUSTOMER USAGE and has nothing to do with Ash Diva Hair Collection. We will not and do not replace hair that is cause of damage by the customer or whoever they wish to install and or style the hair. So there will be no reimbursement of any kind. We encourage customer to reach out to our team of experts if they have any questions before purchasing.
After my order is submitted, can I make changes to it or cancel it?
We will attempt to make the change to your order within the same day your order is made. Depending on our volume and time of year, we may not be able to make any changes. If you made an error or you want to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped, we’re sorry, but we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund during the middle of the shipment. We can only ship to the address entered in PayPal, Checkout and with Sezzle. If your address is incorrect, please email AshDivaHC@Gmail.com with your order number, email and name on order so this information can be corrected/ updated.
